Search for error messages, modules, cores or even case numbers. Our team is working to add more FAQ and documentation content every day!

Send a case to support simply by using the Request Support tab:

Use the Upload File icon to attach any screenshots or files needed for your submission.

The Need Answers Fast section to the right of the case submission form will dynamically populate with FAQs related to information that you place into the Subject and Description fields.

The My Open Cases tab will allow you to see a list of all your cases:

Use the tabs across the top to see your organization’s cases as well as closed cases.

From within the case, use the Update My Case box to communicate with Support:
