# Nomadix: The Universal Associate Tablet Interface (Part 2)

With declining foot traffic, higher transaction costs, and rising salaries, financial institutions are further realizing the traditional branch model is becoming irrelevant (and expensive). Many are pivoting towards the Universal Associate Model to shift towards advisory banking. This ensures a better experience for the client and a more profitable interaction by the associate.

As we mentioned in [part 1](https://info.kinective.io/banking-software/nomadix-the-universal-associate-tablet-interface-part-1), we created a tablet banking technology specifically for these associates. But that was just high-level. If you want to see a technical demo, watch on!
